Up, Up, & Away- Escape from Maplewood Gardens
June 15th and 16th
2012 June Recital
Join us for our annual June Recital, held at the Kroc Center in Coeur d’Alene on June 15th & 16th, 2012. Share in the adventures of an elderly couple who escape from their nursing home to visit the world on a balloon ride. You’ll enjoy colorful and charming performances from the many cultures and countries they visit. Get ready to launch “Up, Up & Away – Escape from Maplewood Gardens”.
Performances
We are happy to add a Music Recital to our schedule this year. A selection of students enrolled in private Guitar, Drum, Voice, and Piano lessons will perform on Friday, June 15th at 5:00 pm. To accommodate a large audience and keep ticket prices low, our Dance and Acting students will perform “Up, Up & Away – Escape from Maplewood Gardens” in three performances as listed below with Cast A, B, and C. More information is coming soon outlining which cast each participating student performs in.

Costumes & Dancewear
Each student participating the June Recital, with the exception of the Music students, has had a costume purchased for them by the studio. Other dancewear and accessories will need to be purchased by the parent - more information is coming soon. Check out the DVD of the recital costumes for each performance playing in the Expressions Lobby each day.
Be a Volunteer Stage Mom
We welcome the mothers of students to volunteer to help backstage with guiding students in production timing, costumes, hair, make-up, and bathroom breaks. If you would like to participate, please register at the right. We will contact you with more details. Thank you for your support!
